Planning Permit Application for the development of an outbuilding (shed) within the Farming Zone and an overlay.

Initially, the council planning department requested additional and expensive third-party reports, and PAR Planning successfully demonstrated to Council that these were not required under the planning scheme. Hence, we successfully saved our client an additional $10,000 – $15,000.

We achieved a planning permit with limited permit conditions on a very difficult site with a number of environmental overlays applied and short setbacks to road frontage managed by the Department of Transport, which required further consent.

Result: Planning Permit achieved, big cost savings for our client.
