PAR Planning assists clients with obtaining the necessary planning permits, approvals and industry consents required to progress their projects. We also provide advice and assistance with amendments to plans and permit conditions, ensuring their approvals remain practical and affordable, right through the entire council assessment process and decisions. This includes negotiating with referral authorities to obtain permits and within short time frames resulting in achieving workable permit conditions, and resolving objectors’ concerns, if required.
Advocacy
We advocate for our clients and their interests, whether they are project or landowners, farmers, objectors, or concerned persons. PAR Planning can act on your behalf when dealing with Council, at any stage of the planning application or project, including representing clients at Consultation or presenting at Council Meetings and matters before the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT). Our services include the option to advocate through media engagement on your behalf.
