PAR Planning worked with a local shed company and designed the Site Plan and drafted the detailed planning report (and site photos) and submission it required (yes, even for a shed). Enough detail was provided to ensure the planning application qualified as VicSmart (fast-track) application, in return avoiding the need for advertising, in an area known for high objector activity.
Sounds simple; never is when it comes to obtaining planning approval – even for shed.
