PAR Planning prepared a planning permit application for the subdivision of the property located at 15 Murrell Street, Winchelsea, into two lots within the Industrial 1 Zone. We navigated the early stages of the project to ensure eligibility for the VicSmart (fast-track) assessment.
The subdivision results in two businesses operating independently on separate land titles, each with their own dual heavy-duty access loading bays and separate parking areas.
The project involved integrating with our third-party networks in engineering and land surveying industries, and each stage achieved no objections, and we worked through achieving limited, workable and cost-effective permit conditions.
Result: Planning Permit achieved, stamped plans – within 3 weeks of submission to Council.
PAR Achieved:
Client’s desired outcomes: quick turnaround times and cost savings, under budget
